To celebrate Children in Need in Year 5, as well as coming into school wearing something spotty, we thoroughly enjoyed a Children in Need themed Maths lesson!
We learned how to plot co-ordinates in all four quadrants, then plotted lots of points we were given. We knew that once all of the points had been plotted, a picture would be revealed.
We enjoyed guessing what the picture could be as we plotted each point, and to our delight, discovered that the finished product was a picture of Pudsey Bear!
We had to be careful to plot all of the points in order and accurately, otherwise the picture of Pudsey would not have appeared correctly.
Have a look below to see us hard at work.. and of course, the finished picture of Pudsey!
