Year 4

In Year 4 we linked Earth Day 2021 with our Geography topic all about rivers. We researched the pollution happening around our rivers and water ways. There were 4 areas that we learnt that were affecting the environment directly. These were agriculture, industry, humans and oil. Next we talked about what we can do to make a change in our local area and how we can educate others.

The children decided that creating posters to publicise the environmental problems would be a great, below you can see the class completing their work outside.
