During World Mental Health Day in Reception, we watched a PowerPoint all about mental health together. We discussed our feelings and how we can help others, and focussed our attention by listening to some meditation music and the singing bowl. 

We then practiced our breathing, taking three deep breaths using the breathing ball.

We discussed beautiful things in the world that are yellow and finished by relaxing all the parts of our bodies and focussing on our breathing again.
